Adam Farnsworth | Principal

Adam is a member of the CPA and the IPA and is a Registered and Official Liquidator of the Supreme and Federal Courts. Adam has over 20 years experience as an insolvency practitioner and has worked at a number of firms in Sydney and regional New South Wales.

Adam has a wealth of experience in many industries including retail, construction and manufacturing. He enjoys motorcycling and travel.

Adam Shepard | Principal

Adam is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association and is a Registered and Official Liquidator of the Supreme and Federal Courts. Adam is also a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy. Adam started his career in 1991 and has been a partner in public practice since 2001.

Adam has taken a broad range of appointments and as a result has extensive knowledge of all facets of insolvency services. He believes the key to helping a company and all other stakeholders including employees, secured creditors and unsecured creditors is the need to listen carefully, thus enabling him to understand the business and then formulate a structured strategy to achieve the best outcome for the company and its creditors.

Adam has extensive experience in the IT, Manufacturing, retail and the property sector.

He is a keen road and mountain biker, mountaineer, rock and ice climber.

Ben Carson | Principal

Ben is a Registered Liquidator, a member of CPA Australia and the IPA. Ben has over seventeen (17) years professional services experience in both Australian and the United Kingdom. Ben has credentials in all facets of the formal insolvency and restructuring appointments.

Ben has particular capability in financial analysis, identifying stress points/variances in trading performance and providing detailed analysis, recommendations and managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders. He also has significant background reviewing the financial positions of businesses and the credibility of cash flow forecasts. This has involved reviewing and testing financial models for business cases and strategic plans, ensuring feasibility and robustness.

Ben has extensive experience in multiple sectors, in particular healthcare, property and professional services.
